American saxophonist and composer Benjamin Boone’s Boone, a Professor of Music at California State University Fresno, came to collaborate with this all-star band of John Daly (drums), Joe O’Callaghan (guitar), Dan Bodwell (bass) while serving a U.S. Fulbright Scholar at the University of Limerick’s Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in 2022-23. This show features tunes created for the newly recorded album Confluence including “The Clash of the Ash,” “She Moved Through the Fair,” and “On the Banks of the Shannon,” and other great new compositions. "This was a fun project and we had such a great time recording these original tracks so do come and hear the finished product”. CD's will be on sale at the venue on the night.
