The Montenotte, one of Ireland’s leading hotels, will be inviting celebrity chef and TV Presenter Matt Tebbutt and cocktail and spirit expert Carmen O’Neal, to host a night of entertainment, elegant dining and mixology. On Wednesday 10th September, Matt and Carmen will be hosting a night to remember, partnering with Executive Head Chef Martin Lovell to create a bespoke dining experience like no other, with each dish perfectly paired with one of Carmen’s expertly crafted cocktails.
