New for 2023, we are excited to announce our Festive Feast Pop-Ups to celebrate our wonderful seasonal produce in style! Each menu will be based on seasonal produce and what is available from our own walled-garden. We take a sustainable approach to our food and drink offering and we consciously grow, source and prepare food that is kinder to the environment, our health, animal welfare and does not add to the climatic burden of producing the food we eat. Bertha’s Revenge Gin is Origin Green certified. Ballyvolane House is are part of ACRES, Ireland’s new agri-environment climate scheme to help address biodiversity decline. We have also erected nest boxes for waterfowl on our lakes and planted 300 native trees at Ballyvolane House last year.
