Celebrate the start of Summer and the Summer Solstice with Alchemy Yoga Retreat on Heir Island 9-11 June.
The retreat will be a time of peace and discovery on the secluded island, moving, breathing, playing, and nourishing yourself on the lightest day of the year.
Jeanie Jyanti runs Alchemy School of Yoga in Cork and regularly runs retreats in Ireland and abroad. She has a fascination with how our bodies work and combines her love of science and factual-based research with the ancient practices of yoga and meditation. This allows her students to discover the joys of yoga in their own time and space.
Jeanie combines yoga with her other passions, food and music. Her desire is to preserve the ancient teachings of yoga, gifted to us from Mother India and allow people all over the world to experience the immense benefits yoga can have on your life.
The Alchemy Yoga Retreat will begin on Friday at 6pm and finish at noon on Sunday.
