Adult Child/Dead Child is a monologue play that follows the story of a young person and the growing awareness of their imaginary friend. Dealing with a strained home life, a new town and an incident at school, our unnamed protagonist ends up being sent to a child psychologist… who is, in their words – an idiot.
At turns harrowing, hilarious and moving, AC/DC is a rare piece of theatre that approaches themes of mental health with warmth and hope.
