Acknowledging the need to spread 'the truth' to all Corkonians, Beamish wishes to bring patriotic citizens of the Peoples Republic deep into the heart of Rebel Cork to its South Main street brewery, to reveal some of the secrets of how its delicious world beating stout is brewed.

This is no fly-by-night razzmatazz in a flashy bottle, here today gone tomorrow. Beamish remains as permanent and as beautiful as the Lee Valley, from where it draws its liquid soul.

In the interests of massaging that spine tingling tradition of Cork perfection, Beamish and the Peoples Republic of Cork announce a special competition to help loyal Corkonians appreciate even more, the wondrous endeavors of the City's master brewers over the last 500 years.

The lucky winners will be given a personal VIP tour of this magnificent and glorious bastion of Cork perfection and be lavished with fine gifts to treasure their experience. Included in this will be a Cork City Football Club home jersey which has just been voted the best jersey in the Eircom league by the league's supporters.
