Anybody else into smoking the shit out of joints?
I have a BBQ smoker. Done some beef short ribs which were ONREAL. Also did some wings and tri-tip.
Have a lump of spiced beef in the freezer. Would there be any point smoking the shit out of that joint?
Would the fact that its so heavily spiced render the smoking process a waste of time?
