I like a boiled egg of a Sunday.

I like the egg to be on the shy side of runny.

About 1 minute and 40 seconds after the water begins to boil.

Are eggs bad for old people?

If yes, how bad?

Hard boiled eggs are surely only for sandwiches?

Good and runny. With soldiers. Do ye call them soldiers in Cork? You know, thin strips of toast to dip in the egg. Ye probably have some weird Cork name for them like chuzzwazzers or something.

Scrambled with smoked salmon,some freshly-ground black pepper,a couple of slices of toast and a chilled glass of Veuve Clicquot while a young lady goes to work on turning the flaccid into the tumescenct.
It's what Sunday mornings are really for.

thats the thing. eggs have had such a bad press over the last few years. but if i were stranded on an island and had to chooseonly one food to live on, it would be eggs.
