For the 3 full seasons which have completed -> If you offered any big side measurably improvement in the PL (...going from the edges of the 4th place race to CL quarter-finalists & genuine title race contenders) over a domestic cup they'd choose the former. Every time.

And in his 4th full season he's top of the league with 4 games to go.

One could just as easily ask - how many clubs would sack a manager who has displayed this upwards trajectory?
