this €500k for kenny (or new manager). is this his salary or is it what he gets to do his job and then pay whoever comes in below him or do the fai have their own team that they pay to back the manager?
obviously they’re not in a bargaining position but if i’m horsing half a million into a fella to do his job and he picks his back room team then he should be paying them from his pocket.
