Inflight entertainment, is it fair when one is not a radio host ??

Seems to be grand if one is a radio personality but it seems if you are not, you go down for it.

To be fair, it wasn't "grand" for said radio personality. There was a jurisdictional issue which meant that he wasn't prosecuted. That isn't the same thing.

This reads more like a "dick flash" (still illegal) than masturbating on the plane. But your claim that "that isn't the same thing" is hair splitting in the extreme. Two males both exposed their privates in the presence of a female who they (mistakenly) thought was keen. Both did it on a plane. The jurisdictional nit-picking doesn't take from the offence. Can you name a jurisdiction in Europe (both offences occured in Europe, in fact I think both occurred within the british isles) where one is legal and the other isn't?

Or is it that one perpetrator could afford a better legal team than the other?

Difference betwenn law and justice.

Why don't you go answer the question in the Tullamore thread, given that you seem to think that you are a legal expert?

Prenderville wasn't charged, so how could his legal team have any impact? Or is it your expert legal opinion that a Solicitor can defend someone for an offence for which they haven't even been charged?

Don't confuse him now.

So Mattie, if that Aer Lingus captain decided to call in Police, would he have gotten a similiar sentence in London do you reckon ?

Afaik, he doesn't have priors, which this guy had in spades. With no priors, he would probably have gotten a suspended sentence id say.

😂😂 Another law question, another Sound_y fail. You would think at this stage he would stay away from legal matters particularly aviation law
