Brendan Rodgers..

🤔
Rodgers failed at Pool and went to a "one horse league". Fergie started at the bottom, broke the Glasgow dominance, and went to the top. Can you see the difference? ðŸ˜

One horse league? The so called "best league in the world ever" ;-)that is the English Premier League is the one horse league this season. Liverpoo odds on favourites - are 9 points clear and it's only mid-November. Meanwhile in Scotland the top two teams are separated by 1 goal in goal-difference.

Don't be fooled by the EPL hype. It's a higher standard than the SPL certainly, but not to the degree some would have you believe. And when SKY implodes and the outrageous salaries stop, and maybe FIFA/UEFA decide to impose some financial fair play, then attendance figures will be a big driving force again I think :)

Meanwhile, the EPL is now a race for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place and the bizarrely called "Champions" League places

:lol!:

It's fucking way better. Now, that can be down to financial doping, and possibly chemical doping too, but it's miles better, no question. Some lad who played for Forest Green Rovers scored a hat trick in the SPL the other day ffs.

The Scotch were once competitive at European and World level, now they're a joke. And most of Rodgers' time at Celtic was spent as their only potential rival was still on the way back from sanctions.

Really?
Celtic have just beaten Lazio (third in Serie A) home and away in Europe (coming from behind in both games), and the Huns have taken 4 of 6 points against Porto.

Still on the way back from sanctions???? It's clear you're utterly clueless about Scottish football. Just carry on lapping up the EPL hype there fellah

It can take time to recover from that, despite being in the same division (if that's what you're getting at).

Congrats to the Scotch on the We beat some decent teams in the Europa League group stage cup.

Celtic couldn't even beat a team named after slang for the female reproductive organ in the CL qualifiers.

At what stage of Celtic's season was that?

Because the EPL and others in the big 5 in Europe are hovering up all of the money and all of the so called "Champions" League places, actual champions are having to play more and more games earlier and earlier. For the last two seasons Celtic players have been the ones who've played the most competitive games in the entire World! Celtic lie only behind Real Madrid (who've been involved in the latter stages quite an amount) in the number of European games they've had to play over the last 10 years

It's a joke that a team that comes 4th in their league gets parachuted into "Champions" League qualification much later than actual league champions but of course UEFA is ruled by the money and the Big5 TV audiences - nothing to do with actual football or competition principles.

BTW, what part is known as a Cluj??
