I missed the morning session but PB for Lavin in 7.9 and a NR and q for the 4x400m is a great mornings work. Lavin is just supreme in her consistency. won her heat easily by a couple of 100ths

Caught the interview with Mawdesley, Flanigan, Becker and Healy. They were buzzing you love to see it..Big evening ahead
 
Well that's the question now - he didn't make the Kenyan top 3 today. He's hardly going to run another marathon before Paris.
You'd have to give him credit for not DNFing when he slipped off the pace.

I presume Evans Chebet is running Boston and there are bound to be a few fellas in London and Rotherdam who could go sub 2:03.
