Unlock your Cúpla Focal in Cork this Spring

Gaelchultúr, the Irish language training and consultancy organisation, is offering learners a great opportunity to unlock their cúpla focal this spring through its new season of Irish classes for adults.

The company has been running classes since 2004 and this year its courses will be available at twenty locations throughout Ireland, including Cork.

Máire Ní Chuagáin, business development executive with Gaelchultúr, says that the company is continually responding to the growing demand for Irish classes around the country.

“The ever increasing number of learners and the positive feedback that we’ve received have prompted us to expand our range of classes. We offer classes at up to six levels and we’ve developed comprehensive, graded syllabuses and modern teaching resources. Our teaching approach is learner-centred and fun, and there’s a strong emphasis on student participation in classes.”

Gaelchultúr’s classes in Cork will be held in Brú Columbanus, Wilton and there will be 5 levels in all.

Those attending the classes will have an opportunity to learn practical everyday language, which will be taught in a fun and interactive way.

As one former student commented, “The classes were exciting and good fun; everyone got involved”.

The website also provides an on-line placement test to help students decide which level of class would best suit them. Due to small class sizes and the high level of interest, early registration is advised.
