After the miserably shit conditions of the last few weeks when Cork was experiencing mono-season* finally the tropical conditions sponsored by Cork 2005 have arrived. Although the weather is a bit late arriving and has suffered criticism in the media we are proud to report that things are definitely picking up.

Cork people are still clearly in denial however as both Myrtleville and Fountainstown beaches were almost deserted up until lunch time today. As primary schools kids are still chained to their desks its far more likely that we'
