Cork Beat Tipp 3-0 in Flares

There was delight among Cork fans in Dublin last night as the Rebel County saw off a weak challenge from the Premier County on Croke Park's Hill 16.

Winning the match on a scoreline of three flares to nil, Cork fans were boistrous around the streets of Dirty Aul Town and clearly full of pride. And drink.

"I couldn't believe we'd get it so easy from Tipp really", said Finty 'Lightsabre' McCarthy, "all they did was sing that annoying song Tipp! Tipp! Tipp! and posed no threat to our dominance in the Hill. Twas unreal stuff."

Cork will now meet the RNLI in the All-Ireland final in a smoke screen that is likely to help get over unmentionable failures elsewhere.

"Lifeboat men are experienced flare operators", said Cork fan Teabag Griffin, "it'll be a some showdown but I think we can take them out. And I tell-ya-boy there'll be some bonfires in the Rebel county if we win that one! Big red wans!".
