I have Dog friendly House Share

Hi,

I'm a 27yo prof' female living in Ladysbridge with my very well behaved medium sized dog.
I'm looking for a housemate to move in mid july. The house is on a lovely quiet estate, 3 bedroom, 1 office, living room, large kitchen, nice garden, parking, internet, sky, wiser collection etc.
The room is double and fully furnished. The room costs 325per month and all bills will be split between us.
The house is only 5mins from beautiful beaches and a 20min drive to the city.
I work full time and like to relax with a bottle of wine and a film at the end of the week. There's a pub just around the corner too. Buses aren't great so you would need to drive.
I'm quite house proud and keep the place clean and tidy! The dog is outdoors when I'm at work but she sleeps inside at night. I love to cook so you won't go hungry either
I'm doing the place up at the moment too so it'll be looking all fresh in no time
The property is not my own, it is rented.
