I am part of a residents group in the process of getting a contractor to cut green areas in our estate
One neighbour has told us we will need public liability insurance and also employers insurance, I have left a message for the contractor to clarify
Would i be right in thinking his policy would cover this?

We had similar going for a few years via some contractor council used in Carrigaline,we weren't asked about public liability insurance etc, presume that's the contractors responsibility
