Tbf their local content was good.
They used to have this heavy lad on who would try to predict the rugby results. Every week he would say the three draws were good odds for an outside bet.
The one week it came in he didn't get on it and was raging lol.
Those lads were working for peanuts i believe.

It was in fairness. They’d a very interesting documentary on Kent Station in the early 90s. Presenter was a right lasher too.

Apparently he said that there was an allegation that the young boy was killed (drowned) outside the car, and then placed inside it.
Allegedly two other media sources also reported the same, and it turned out it was not true.
This is despite 2 reliable sources confirming to him it was true.

Well either Virgin media have higher standards of journalistic integrity or there's been an ongoing internal dispute leading up to this incident would be my guess.

Yeah I'd think something has been brewing for a while and they took the chance to pounce when this happened.

I could easily be wrong though.
