Man - you don't know what you're missing.

I never heard of it either until proc favourite "D'oriel" sent me a link to one of her own youporn uploads.

She can actually cross her legs.

BEHIND her back.

Awesome out.

How much ya looking for for the N95 8GB?

Really, there are three main tradeoffs to consider when getting a phone with the specs you mention:
1. Screen size vs power, the bigger the screen, the more power it'll draw, backlights are, after the power amplifier and the main processor, the biggest drawers of power. Just leaving the backlights for the display running on your average phone will run it flat in a day, bigger screens need more LEDs to light them. I've seen some screens that will run the average battery for a phone flat in 15 hours.
2. Internet speed vs power. The faster the internet, the faster your battery dies. It's just like that and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Fast mobile internet means using more processing power.
3. The size of your battery is key. Size is measured in milli-amp hours (mAh). The more, the better. Average battery is 900-1000mAh. The BL-5F in an N95 is 950mAh, so about middle of the range, but the rest of it uses lots of power.
Far as I can tell, the iPhone has a 1400mAh unit, which is bloody impressive, although the E71's BL-4L trumps it a small bit at 1500mAh.
The Google G1 only has a 1150mAh battery which, in comparison, just isn't good enough.
I'd like to recommend some Windows Media phones with good battery life but I don't know any. WM was shrunk down from the desktop, rather than built from the bottom up for phones, as a result, it has a drinking problem. It's not even vaguely as bad as it once was though. I'm not a fan, I must admit and will leave it to others to provide an answer here.
As for apps, well, the iPhone and the G1 are both the new kids on the block, both with a good range of apps.

Series 60 (the Symbian operating system, technically owned by Nokia) despite being the established player isn't quite as slick but, if I recall the numbers correctly has far more apps than both. Seems to have fallen behind somewhat but it has emulators for the Palm devices that Paddy mentions, for example. http://www.palminfocenter.com/news/7...vices-in-beta/
Thanking you very much!

hooked up the E71 via USB, cant believe there is no bluetooth on this yoke, herselfs ACER even has it, RAGE. The phone seems good liking the podcast downloads.

All round easy to use unit, managed to set up the emails to my hotmail but getting them set up on to the work server is a bit more trickey also dont like the fact that the two screens still shows all the numbers stored on it, i want to have it all work related stuff on one screen and then flip it to personal mode.

I know one of these nights i am going to send a drunken text to someone from work.

So your woman has a bluetooth and you have not?

You're some state.

You could always get a nano bluetooth usb thing, I suppose.

Alternatively, you could beat her with your fists and take her laptop.

The latter would be cheaper and more enjoyable than the shopping scene.

I installed a zany gps app. from Garmin today. Cagey out

So now I know where I am 24/7.

Got the laptop bluetoothed again.

Some deranged fucker had offed it on the BIOS level.

I've been transferring information back and forth between the laptop and the phone for the past 48 hours.

I also acquired some stolen Garmin sat. nav. SW some days ago.

Zany shit.

The GPS does not work indoors or in airplanes - I tried both in the last few days. In fairness, though - why should GPS work indoors, but?

I must say, the E71 is a handy piece of equipment.

The only bad thing I can say about it is that the battery life isn't the best I ever experienced for a phone.

Or a vibrator.

4.5 cocks out of grandmasters flashes' 5 cock scale.

Word up.
