What an enjoyable second half that turned out to be!
Lovely goal to win it, the pass and finish, sublime stuff. Delaneys pass for Palaces equaliser was sumptuous stuff too. Deserved the win, upped it after they levelled it but didn't seem like we'd get the win until that little moment of magic from Pogba and Zlatan.

Important and just about deserved win for United tbf. You summed it all up nicely there. Important win after everyone above them, bar Arsenal, won.

Pogba showed promise. Goal and assist. That's what he's been brought in for. Zlatan tucked away the winner nicely but I thought the keeper did very poorly. Was too slow off his line, in no man's land, leaving Zlatan some of the goal to hit from a tough angle, which he did well infairness.

FWIW, I would go mad if I was sent off for a tackle like Rojo's but it could easily be a red these days. Two feet off the ground is asking for trouble. Thought Pogba was lucky enough to not see a second yellow for a funny dive before the winning goal.

The emergence of Jones, Rojo and Carrick has given United a very solid spine which I don't think anyone expected from that trio together.

Rojo has picked up 2 yellows in the last 3 games that could both have easily been reds for 2 feet lunges. Stupidity

He`s a complete liability and those two tackles were a disgrace. If Bailly isn't crocked again himself and Jones should be the pairing for now.

That would mean dropping one of Mkhitaryan/Carrick/Martial. For the sake of a former right winger who hasn't performed in that position effectively in about 4 years? Don't think so.

Valencia is the most limited winger around. Goes down the outside every time, putting in average crosses. Does a job if needed a defensive manner. Found his calling at RB because he can do that defensive job but also sneak forward here and there to provide width on the right side.

Bailly is awkward at RB, IMO. Rojo and Jones have been a very solid pairing, as unlikely as that seemed when they first played together. Smalling gone down to fourth choice CB? Yes, for now.

Maybe a red card for Rojo might give Mourinho the chance to put Jones and Bailly together which seems better on paper but you can't argue with Jones and Rojo as a pairing so far, even with the crazy tackles thrown in!
