Agree, I've eaten in plenty of starred restaurants and he is miles off, not enough staff and not slick enough for a start, Frank, the manager/sommelier is very good but the rest really need to pull their socks up, food is getting more consistent but not at Michelin standard...

ate in the an crubin (upstairs not sure what its called) a few weeks back and have to say the food was lovely. Plus the staff were very competent.
Also the other Sunday had some nibbles from electric, fancy Cheese on toast and a selection of pinchos for a tenner. Absolutely lovely. on a sour note there cocktail menu is shit and the staff are very slow and incompetent.

yeah we got a pub grub in waterford castle for 3 people just food, and no starter and it was just shy of 150 euro
