JCD are keen in fairness.
I imagine that there is ongoing negotiations with the cousins who are currently residing on that proposed site, which is probably delaying the construction of Careys new building

I passed today and it's the old OB heating building that has been demolished. Carey's used it but I dont know if they owned it.

Looks like all these expensive student housing schemes in the city will be fucked with the drop off in international students, along with the airbnb cowboys.

Perhaps all these can be used to provide actual homes now??
