Giggs has plenty of personality and 2 memorable goals from 1999 reflect this.
The winner against Arsenal in the F.A.Cup semi-final had everything skill, finish and sheer guts.
The equaliser against Juventus in the C.L. semi in the first leg at O.T. was a goal when United really needed it as they had one foot out of the competition when it went in.
Shearer, while being a class striker, spent more time cultivating his own "myth" than helping his team to win trophies.
