Default Cork Developments

Long time since anyone was able to talk about new developments in the city but good to see the following will hopefully be coming on stream soon:

http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland...rk-253226.html

http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland...te-179094.html

http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland...an-253285.html

Does anyone know when the corpo are going to decide on who is getting the funding for the events centre? Also what precentage of apratments are now rented out in the Elysian?
