After having the phone for a few months I must admit it is damn good however I did root it to get some extra functionality that I liked which has made it a bit unstable. The physical phone is very nice but hidden by the cover which is the annoying thing.

if i buy a phone that is still in contract and get it unlocked and change the sim can the SP still block the phone?

Doubt it.. they only way the SP can communicate with the phone is through the sim card afaik.. if so and you change the sim card, the sp can't send a signal to the phone to block it. If they could, there would be no market for stolen phones and the shops that unlock them

but you re not 100% .don t wanna fork out for a phone only for it to be blocked in 6 weeks time
