At best it showed staggeringly poor judgement. To put it in perspective, imagine if Ulster had made Paddy Jackson captain instead of suspending him prior to the trial?

This has been and continues to be a huge story in Norway, English outlets only seem to be finding it now.

Solbekken and Solsjkaer's careers have been very much intertwined. Dodgy dealings aplenty, but this is appalling.
Allegations are allegations though, looks like he supported a guy until he didn’t believe him to me .

Respectfully I suggest you read some more about the case.

Making a guy who had a civil award against him and another trial pending captain showed seriously flawed judgement. I wouldn't be defending Solskjaer on this.

That Josimar site is excellent. Solsjkaer's relationship with Jim Solbekken is worth a read.

Howson is one of the most disingenuous people you'll ever hear on this type of topic. Don't listen to him much, but when i have he talks utter nonsense. Cherry picks his stats to suit whatever type of agenda he wants to drive, then when he gets called out on it he doubles down even though he's completely wrong. You can't debate someone like that, or take them seriously. They will never admit they're wrong. I can see how he appeals to you.

I also love how he thinks that he's destroyed the "myth" of Pochettino

The bit where he claims Poch is not an obvious upgrade on Ole and then goes on to discuss his superior win rate at Spurs, conveniently neglecting to mention Ole's win rate , ffs

The 'myth' of Pochettino ffs. He's an utter bellend. Stupid people lap it up though.

So which one of those stats is untrue?

Did poch have better players at his disposal at spurs?

As you often say, yes or no will do.

Howson is a clown. He thinks Ole is one of the best managers in the league

https://twitter.com/MrStephenHowson/...053357568?s=19

People talk about Lloris, Vertonghen, Rose & Walker being there before Poch, but they were all part of the side that had shipped 51 goals in the league the previous season. The 11th best defensive record. They had a mediocre defence at the time.

Look at what they become under Poch' coaching, that is another glossed over fact.

As for Keane he already said earlier in the season results wernt good enough for Manchester United. He only said more time because he was arguing with Carragher.

You are just trying to save face and refuse to admit that 9th in the table is utterly pathetic.
