here's one i posted before. would have been better with only one egg but the setup underneath was very good.

washed down with a couple of glasses of red, i can't think of a better way to start the morning.

i've only been to france once, when i was a kid, and my asshole parents didn't even mention that croques existed as far as i can remember. dropping a grand on flights for a sandwich is probably excessive, so the closest i've gotten so far was a visit to the french quarter in montreal.

this was an eye opener for sure. they had a mexican croque, and one with avocado and tofu, both of which were summarily ignored.
as for the sandwich itself, this little fella had some tomato which i believe qualifies it for the title of "croque provençal". all in all a tasty little treat, with a good mixture of cheese and bechemel sauce.

rating two aggressive canadian strippers. got the job done with the minimum of fuss.
