No. http://blogs.spectator.co.u k/2016/10/full-text-boris-johnsons-conference-speech/

His very words and a lot more Bertie Wooster being a bit squiffy at a tea dance waffle besides.

BOJO leading a Brexit team is like asking Danny Healy Rae organise a manned space mission to Mars

At least Danny Healy would win the contract

And even them object publically to the project proceeding while making huge money off it while denying that "Mars" even exists in the first place in the media.

In fairness to Bojo, he's an excellent rhetorician.
His speech is littered with half truths, incorrect and tenuous conclusions presented as facts. But anyway, this bit tickled me:

No other rich country – according to the World Bank – has a diaspora on that scale. No other country is such a formidable exporter of human talent business people, lawyers, teachers, prospectors, adventurers, poets, painters, whisky-sellers, French knicker sellers to France.
You're damned right, Boris. And the future existence of that diaspora has now been massively endangered by Brexit. If you're a 15 year old from Leicester hoping to take a summer working around Europe, or a scientist in Durham working on experiments at CERN, tough. Your ability to work on the continent is going to disappear in under 3 years time.

Only a fool would be certain that the right to freely work in the Schengen area will remain for the British post Brexit if there are any immigration restrictions imposed on any of the Schengen countries.

The political vacuum in the UK right now is astonishing.

The parliament vote next year will be intetesting

Teresa May slapped down today by the EU as she wanted preliminary negotiations before article 50

Oh no, people will have to get a work visa, probably worked out for the benefit of both of the countries involved, what a nightmare
