Tipp will be the main threat based on 2017 minor but limerick will have a lot of the ASR Harty team from this year who were very strong.

My views on 2017 minor were that Ring didn't have the best 30 hurlers in the county on the panel back then so I would expect to see a few changes in personnel but on the positive side we have Downey, Collins and Millerick from that group now in the Cork senior setup and O Leary Hayes, Keating, Turnbull, Connery all appear to have progressed but I think a few lads have definitely not progressed since then. If you could get 2-3 seniors from every minor team that would be a very good return on the law of averages

I would expect to see Midleton having a few new faces on this panel i.e. O Regan, O Connell, possibly Farmer, possibly Kevin Finn. Simon Kennefick from Glen is likely to make the panel also

Lots of potential in this group, hopefully things fall right for them. Be great to avoid things like serious injuries to key players, etc

I think lads like Conor O Callaghan, O Leary Hayes , maybe even Ger Millerick , Evan Sheehan et all might be better off playing this grade this year only ...anyone make a stab at a team and subs ...I know mostly it should be the Minors of 2017...

No that’s just a Kerry rule they apply on themselves - like their junior county team doesn’t feature players from senior clubs or previous junior all Ireland winners. I think!

Can’t wait to see jack Callaghan and Connery on the same team - potentially a legendary combination in the making; one of the sweetest ball strikers in Connery and an absolute demon in the tight stuff in o’callaghan

No this is rule in football countrywide. You can't play u20 football if you're on senior panel.if seniors are knocked out they can join u20s then.doesnt apply to hurling afaik.
