the new series of peepshow starts early next year too.

If we're honest, Barley was a disappointment, wasn't it? I don't think they really managed to get across the true disgust at what a complete shit Barley was that Brooker used to in TVGOHOME. In the series, he was more of a twat than a cunt, if you know what I mean.

True. The interview at the Weekend on Sunday magazine was one of the most painfully funny things I've ever seen.

Has a funnier show ever been made?

I went onto Netflix earlier with the intention of watching the Trip (it was there last week??), so at a loose end I threw on a classic.

There isn't a bad episode, it is non stop brilliant. Episodes are perfect length, the characters are warm and familiar, and no matter how many times I've seen an episode I always get a laugh.

Anyone got a favorite episode or moment? I'm Basil the Rat at the moment.
