Default Nigel reo-coker

he's handed in a transfer request and west ham have accepted (although it really was a situation of;- "your fired", "you can't fire me i quit"). he's said he wants to go to arseholes of man u, so my question is, would man u or arseholes want him? i'd say the wouldn't touch him with a barge pole meself

They would have last season, not now . at least not for the £8M being reported.

Nigel Mediocre has to be one of the most apt nicknames all season

He's currently holding out on an offer from Spurs in the hope that Arsenal come in. Exactly who does he think he is?

More trouble than he's worth in my opinion. A talented player but a massive ego to go along with his ability. I don't think any of the big 4 would be interested in him unless the asking price drops considerably. I could see Martin O Neill taking him to Villa though. He has a track record with troubled but talented players and maybe he could get somewhere with NRC.
Liam if West Ham were going to push him regardless of whether he jumped then don't you think 8 million or any figure near that is a bit steep? -AmadeusDC-

he's not worth £2m IMO, only playing when he's in the mood, not someone i would want in my team, i think curbs is trying to break up "the brothers" as they are nicknamed, saw harewood there today, wasn't looking very happy, wouldn't be surprised if he was given his marching orders.

lucas neill will be captain next year, and there's talk of bringing in tim cahill to replace NRC

Why would Cahill leave Everton for West Ham?

Why would Neal leave Blackburn for West Ham???? Money talks in the Premier League. Personally I don't see that deal happening either though. -AmadeusDC-

Not a dig at West Ham, just that Everton have been flying high.

Would love a player like Cahill at Celtic, though I think we have that now in Scott Brown.
