Yes, that's true once you buy into the "product range". Once you leave that range, getting Apple gear to play nicely with anything else is a complete nightmare.
That's the beauty of Android though, it may be a little rough around the edges here and there but it plays nicely with a far wider range of stuff than Apple. Hence the slight roughness. I know which I'd choose!!

The fact that they've chosen to fight them in the courts rather than in "innovation" speaks volumes..
Sour grapes! Apple haters will always be there

I can prove that this chart is not 100% correct. Don't believe everything you read.

Instead of insulting me, why don't you refute any of the points I made?

Even if it wasn't though, the chart compares Apple's latest release with something Samsung released months ago. The Android ecosystem iterates a LOT faster than Apple's.

There's no doubt. But that's also a part of why Apple continues to sell their stuff. So this is the way to keep them in the Apple range. Also getting into it is made as easy as possible, you take your migration assistant and you get all things set up (more or less) like they have been on your box. But i guess that there are a few things you have to do manually as well.

So Apple does two things here (rather well I guess): Getting people into their products and make it easy to use their product range.

Which wider range do you refer to? Other phones?
