Warm up games

sat Aug 10 - Ireland V Italy

Sat Aug 24 - England V ireland

Sat Aug 31 - Wales V Ireland

Sat Sept 7th - Ireland v Wales

We should see a second string 15 in the Italy game and a few big names back for the England game with full strength sides for the two games against Wales

It all hinges on the form of Best, Pom,Stander, Murray,Sexton who have all been poor last season particularly in the second half of the season...will Joe have the balls to make big calls if form isn't there in the warm ups

😎
One wonders if Joe gives a "Schmidt" because he's leaving anyway.

oh he gives a shit alright but he has made his mind up about his best 15 two years ago and while he has blooded players in a lot of positions his faith in the likes of Sexton and Kearney could be his downfall and also his rigid gameplan which is very attritional and has been picked apart by the English and Welsh and wont worry the boks or all blacks in a quarter final

Kearney with an extension for next year too, it just rumbles on.

Worth keeping an eye on Scotland’s warm ups too, they’re in the long grass for Game1 and it’s setup perfectly for them.

Fiji beat the Maori too, watch out Wales.
