Sooner or later I think Youghal will have a boom.

The place has tons of potential with history and one of the best beaches in Cork.

Would be such an easy win to extend the train line, the property developers would be straight in building houses and the town would be rejuvenated in no time.

It has the potential to be every bit as popular as Kinsale if it could get the proper support imo

Drove through there a couple of weeks ago and myself and the missus were saying the same thing.
A town that isn't fulfilling it's vast potential unfortunately.
