I was out last night. We struggled in the wind and I was a bit worried my Dad would get a fall. There was a good bit of debris around as well. I thought an Orange warning was reasonable.

Definitely reasonable alright.

People giving out about the red two weeks ago saying more damage in an orange.
They're not factoring in the rain fall we've had the last 2 weeks but all a lot of these esb poles etc could have been hanging on by a thread and the wind speeds last night was enough to get them to fall/be damaged.
