depends on the package, I know a few lads that walked off with over 300k last April took six months out and had a new job within a month of when they started searchng , they had a lot of years service but you know 400k .... would you even need that mortgage.. your not worthless in the workforce.

Do you know what the craic with my pension is?

I've been paying into it for the last 9 years. Do I lose that money now or does it sit somewhere until I hit retirement age?

I'm actually properly upset over this for the first time. I wasn't expecting that call.

Don't do anything with the pension except leave it or transfer it to whatever the pension provider is at your next place.

If you leave it make sure to remember you have it.

The new provider will do the transfer for you if you give them all the details
