Woman murdered in Tullamore..

Btw, I'm not ignoring anything. People will less means have less power in society. Yeah, they might look at people with lots of money and have snobbish attitudes owards them.

But they don't have columns in newspapers.

They don't have the means to make tv shows.

They basically have no power to run campaigns about those people.

So you comparing one set of attitudes to another and equating them by just saying sure don't we all do it, is complete horse shit and extremely disingenuous. It's actually something you do all the time.

You're welcome.

Except I'm not trying to convince you of anything or change your mind, bar to be more open minded and take everything into account, if after that you reach the same conclusion then I am good with that.

Chatgpt says we can deport if they're not working and a burden on the social welfare system. And that's besides the serious breaking off the law Marek etc has done

Yes, Ireland can deport an EU national, but only under specific and strict conditions due to EU freedom of movement laws.

Under Directive 2004/38/EC (the EU Freedom of Movement Directive), an EU citizen has the right to live and work in another EU country — like Ireland — but that right isn’t absolute. Ireland can deport (or more accurately, issue a removal or exclusion order) if one of the following applies:

1.

  • If the person poses a genuine, present, and sufficiently serious threat to the public.
  • This could include serious criminal activity, links to terrorism, or persistent criminal behavior.
  • The threat must be current — not just based on past convictions.

2.

  • If the EU national fakes or abuses residency rights, such as by entering a sham marriage or using false documents.
  • Repeated benefit fraud or attempts to circumvent immigration law can fall under this.

3.

  • If the person isn’t working, studying, or self-sufficient, and becomes a burden on the social welfare system, their residency rights may be questioned — especially after the first 3 months of stay.

Key Safeguards:

  • Deportation must be proportionate.
  • The person has a right to appeal.
  • Long-term residents (5+ years) and minors are offered extra protection.
  • Being married to an Irish citizen or having Irish children doesn’t automatically prevent deportation, but it complicates the process.

In practice, deporting EU nationals is rare and legally complex, but it can happen in serious cases.

Let me know if you want an example of a real case or how the appeal process works.

The Scumka brothers found guilty. They don't know about the old dolls yet.

Good - now as soon as they've served whatever sentence is handed down to them - deport the whole scummy lot of them back to their country of origin. And yes, any Irish guilty of such crimes abroad should be deported back here. We've enough trouble amongst our own citizens without having to import any new scumbags thanks very much.

You seriously misbehave in my home(land) then you're no longer worthy of my hospitality and should GTF!

Absolute scumbags. And plenty of assholes enabling them by their attempts to shut down well earned criticism of the Killer's life living off the state.

But still walked free on bail until their sentencing . Surely they should have been handcuffed straight away after verdict and taken off to jail and can be bought back day of sentencing. I suppose they will get a suspended sentence.
