Hunter has pleaded guilty to Tax Fraud and faces up to 17 years in jail.

I think thread can now be closed. Hunter Biden has no convictions and his record is now clean due his recent pardon. This practice of pardons is very familiar to us here in Ireland when lots of murders rapists bank robbers etc. Under a universal pardon under the GFA. Dessie Ellis successful argued that anyone issued under the GFA with a pardon has their record of crimes destroyed so that nothing can hinder them in application for passport or job in the public service. It is a small bit worrying that former rapists can now have jobs in childcare etc or any other high risk areas. MM said it is best not to tamper with the GFA.
