Which Cork places would you wipe off the map?

So which Cork places would you gladly see the back of? Gone forever and not missed. For me I have 3 categories. Red being the most necessary, amber being preferable but not as urgent as red and green being you’d like to see them gone but could live with them remaining if you really had to.

Red: Fermoy, Mitchelstown and Rathcormac
Amber: Clon, Skib and Dunmanway
Green: Millstreet, Kanturk and Newmarket

It’s true that I haven’t been there for at least ten years. At that time it was my impression that if someone wanted to sit on the toilet, they would need to put their feet in the sink in order to close the door.

Mallow and Charleville have to be the worst looking town centres, dereliction, downright ugly and inappropriate shop fronts.

Fermoy and Youghal have potential, but it's like they're not bothered, content with the status of shithole.

Millstreet, always sniffing its own farts, had the eurovision in a shed once, big woop.
