No, it's the end of the cliffs on the right side of Ballybunion beach. When the tide is way out you can walk around and into the high sea caves. I was thrilled to be there at the right time. There are videos on Youtube of people kayaking through the caves. You have to watch you don't get caught by the incoming tide. I did and had to run around the cliff through a few inches of water.
