That CMP place was at the junction of Tramore Road with Kinsale Road, just next to Musgraves.
It's an empty site now.

As regards where that place you photographed is, it must be Ovens or Ballincollig?

Yes, in Curraghbeg which is close(ish) to the main entrance to Ballincollig Regional Park, just off the Wood road.
