I'll have to confess I haven't. He touches on Boolean Algebra in his 1st year course on Abstract Algebra (anybody who has ever done that module probably feels privileged, I still have the handouts) but for me Group Theory was the ultimate. It feels like it touches on the essence and fundamentals of everything. Heavy stuff on a Stormy Saturday....

My husband is a mathematician. Its all Greek to me ;-)

Professor Des McHale wrote a few books on The Quiet Man. Most enthusiastic lecturer I've ever met. If you didn't come out of his lectures buzzing you had no business studying maths.
