For a so-called rich country, parts of our towns and cities have a bang of 3rd world off them.

We listened in when my grandfather was making his will.
He was gifting 5,000 to my rich cousin.
We convinced him to change it.

They had siphoned off most of their money already, so justified.

Before they robbed it.
