Last Man 8/10 (Animated)

A washed out boxer must reach his potential in order to save the life of an orphaned girl. This only scratches the surface of the plot.

What a show. Equal parts sexy, horror and comedy wrapped up in 11 min long animated episodes,is an absolute thrill ride.

Barrelling through this at the moment.

Came across this quirky comedy, Four Seasons. It wasn't bad not setting world alight either.
The funny thing was Steve Carrell's character favourite band who i never heard of was Mannequin Pussy who have adverts on this site

Yeah loved it.

Crazy it didn't get a 3rd series.

I tried Black Mirror series and its fucking brilliant. I just pick and choose random episodes as each episode is stand alone.

Joan is awful, White Christmas, and Hang the DJ are brilliant. The writing is incredible for this series.

LastMan Season 2 6\10

The tonal shift in season 2 was so hard, it almost gave me whiplash. While s01 was a fast paced action comedy with horror elements, s02 is a horror with some action and comedy.

Set 10 years after the events of the first season, it becomes apparent early on that that ALOT has happened between the characters, some of the events we become privy to during the 6 episodes. The episodes are now ~40 minutes long and focus on 6 separate characters with some overlap and story threads woven in throughout.

The body horror is on another level and some of the stories points are down right depressing. Its actually very similar to Scavengers Regin once they reach "The Valley".

This is not for everyone
