The Examiner paywall is an absolute joke.

I click onto the site out of muscle memory and am told I need to subscribe. So I just go to any other Irish news site and read the same news for free. I can't see how their model is sustainable

It's not. But they probably don't want to be seen to be backing down at this stage now.

Sometimes I just have the paywall removed and have a nice little smile to myself.
