Cork is a "black spot" for psychological treatment. They don't have the staff and can't keep the staff they do have. A shock to no-one, with lives being destroyed.
As for referrals being up? Good luck getting a referral in the first place. Doctors will just outright refuse it. The HSE forcing people to go private.
