What club in Cork do you most admire beside your own club ?

Sometimes its tougher in big towns as competing with alot more sports and trying to hold onto lads that dont make first 15 can be tougher than in rural areas .

I think Ballincolig are a very well run club and dont except indiscipline with underage which is what id be more looking at in clubs that id admire .

My youngster played underage with the rockies 10/15 years ago and by far THE worst club encountered were Balincollig. They had mentors on each line, shouting and roaring at their own players. It was win at all costs and they weren't gracious in victory or defeat. Good to see that they've changed.

Not really a football fan, unless Cork are playing, but I've a grudging respect for Nemo and what they've done given that they (and the barrs to a lesser extent tbf) have pretty much kept football alive in the city. I learned in a table quiz last night that they won 7 All Ireland Club Titles too. That is some going to be fair to them.
