I’ve never dismissed antisemitism at all. We don’t need to wait for a court to decide that a genocide is happening before recognising there is one. We can see it with our own eyes.

The Holocaust or the Genocide in Rwanda were recognised as genocides before any court ever proclaimed that they were.

Just to clarify there is no court that is going to find Israel guilty of genocide now or in the next couple of years, not because Israel hasn't or the courts won't but because the ICJ will normally take several years to decide their verdict as to whether a genocide took place or not.

That’s not what the post was at all. But instead of focusing on a genocide in Palestine you’re more interested in a rise in antisemitism in Ireland.

No court has ruled Gaza as genocide.
Theres been a ceasefire there for 10 months.


Of course the rise of antisemitism in Ireland is tied to the same events. Irish antisemites love to deal in collective responsibility.
