Lad he's trying to get aid to a famine site, multiple boats have been attached by drones, and your condemnation is reserved for him?

Your comment is more of a "sure when they wipe out the rest of Gaza, they should go to the Hague", he's putting his life at risk to save others, I don't think now is the time to be mocking him, if only more people stood up to do something, the world would be a better place.

Its honestly difficult to fathom how people keep pushing this deeply offensive nonsense

The Holocaust was the unprovoked, state sanctioned extermination of six million Jews. It peaked with about the daily murder of 11000 people.

The war in Gaza was started by Hamas' attack killing 1300 Israelies and 250 hostages kidnapped. The Gaza health ministry puts the death toll in the region of 65k. Over two years!

This isnt an extermination, if anything its the result of asymmetrical warfare. It trivialises the scale, methods and sheer horror of the Holocaust.



Its telling that those who are handwringing the loudest about Gaza have little to nothing to say about Sudan where the death toll is peaking at about 150k a month. It seems they are only aghast when it comes to conflicts involving Israel.

Then when they get intimidated by IDF he's screeching for the Irish government to come to his aid and criticises their response on Palestine and the media coverage of it.

Ireland's response been most vocal and damning of Israel.

These knew damn well before they got on the boat they had zero chance of getting through with food. Food isn't the issue....There is a substantial amount of food already waiting to be distributed but the Israelis won't let it through.

Is it too much to expect that the IDF would behave within International Law? That they wouldn't bomb an unarmed volunteer flotilla carrying nothing more threatening that Baby Formula? Gives the lie to the claim by Israel that they're actually feeding the Palestinians.

Those on the flotilla are clearly trying to escalate the situation where the western governments, each with relatively high profile citizens aboard trying to peacefully bring food to a country with an imposed famine, will have to act or look very craven in the face of Israeli piracy and/or terrorism.
